We run a two tier team:
- Elite Developmental (Category 2 and 1 with a focus on U23 riders)
- Beginner Racer (Category 4 and 3).
Our aim is to provide our elite riders with clothing, equipment, race management, and travel support so that they can develop their skills and move to the next level of team and competition.
Our beginner racer program is focused more regionally (North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia) and provides training for better racing and advancement to the next license category.
The team also encourages members to join other teams in the other cycling disciplines (cyclo-cross, mountain biking) during the fall and winter, and many of the cyclists also race for collegiate teams.
